Runner Bean

Cute Cheeks & I today ran the Derby 10K. Fine weather & much fun, though I ache rather now..... We rewarded ourselves with tea @ Jamie's which was rather delightful. Penne Arrabbiata for me with a bottle of chiiled Moretti. Mmmmm. Yummy.

As we ran earlier we looked around at our fellow 4000 runners & saw so many raising funds for amazing causes. We were lucky enough to be raising funds too.

I am now stretched out on a sofa realising 10K is 10K for a reason. Suspect I'll sleep well tonight.
