Collection of corals

This is a bowl of corals that I collected when I made a visit to Mauritius. Almost incredibly, the whole beach in front of my hotel room was a white carpet of broken coral bits. I could have browsed through the fragments all day and come home with a sack full of intriguing pieces, but this bowl-full was a compromise.
