Like a ghost town

Not a soul around, which made for a nice quiet walk. This was supposed to be a "riverwalk" for "the people"... haha

I imagined security cameras everywhere...or probably they were there. But, how eerie...to be so empty block after block after block. Where did all the rich people go...? Oh yeah, up north for the summer.
