Peace

Like most people my job can be a little stressful, and for this reason I've always been a believer in taking a lunch break as it gives your mind and body a chance to regroup and get themselves together for whatever the afternoon might throw at you.

This is the park in Windermere (I believe known locally as The Phoenix) where each day this week, I've been able to sit in the sun and collect my thoughts.

This has served me well throughout an up and down few days, but I was able to get my head into a good place for a particulary important Friday afternoon meeting which went very well!

Take the hour (not quite as good as seize the day, I'll admit).
