The Holy Cross of Jesus.

Every Palm Sunday Rishton Churches together walk from the Parish Church to an area of Rishton opposite the war memorial, to put in place a huge wooden cross to honour the awesome eternal sacrifice made by Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Saviour. His love for us all is unearthly and only He could be the one to shed His Blood to make it right for us with God Our Father.
I find this time of year very sad.
I take heart from the beauty of nature and try to take consolation from that.
The sun is intensely bright but it is cold.
Praying for more people to comre to know the love and peace of Jesus.
