Jet Setting

We took a picnic over to The Trossachs, mainly Aberfoyle & around Loch Ard. It was a glorious day for a drive with a cuban soundtrack of Afro Cuban All Stars, Amélie seemed to enjoy it, she fell asleep.

We took a walk around, had some lunch and I promised we'd get Mr overpriced Whippy Ice Cream on the way home. Which we did, yum.

This photograph was taken just at the side of Loch Ard, a beautifully peaceful loch that I used to visit on solo drives for time out to think, listen to music with the windows down and just escape into the unknown beauty of Scotland. You can see Ben Lomond (i think) also in the photograph (the only Munro I've climbed) So it was nice to go back and take a nice photograph with a good camera, even though the light wasn't great.
