Au revoir Shaldon

Left Shaldon today after our mini break just as the weather decided to be more seasonal and act like its March; cloudy and cold.

Sam & Dave (and Izzy & Val) are renting the chalet for the next few days until we come back (petrol allowing) to have an Easter break. They arrived early and we arranged to meet them at The Ness, along with Colin, Andy & Deena, for morning coffee.

I only took four photos today, three from the Ness car park when I arrived. Conditions not ideal, but there were some yachts doing their thing which looked quite colourful with the pier as backdrop. Then from inside I spotted a rowing boat leaving the estuary which made a nice shot framed by a window with Teignmouth in the background.

Managed to get some petrol at Tesco in Teignmouth, though there was only one pump left working, which was enough to get us home, and hopefully a start out on Thursday next.
