The Summer's Over

Bit of a change in the weather today, a real autumnal feel to it, but we've had the best summer in years so can't really complain.

So it was down to the beach to investigate the surf and see what was happening - in a word, nothing, a bit of a swell just big enough to stop The Wonder Dog from leaping in .

..and I met my new best chum Willy Hackl again so I'm made arrangements to interview him and record his life story at his home in November.
