Week 3:15:3:0!!! Aim: to stay 15:3:0 for April

How did I do that. I have never lost so much in 3 weeks. I have actually made my end of April target.

The difficulty will be maintaining it, so that's my next challenge to still be this weight next week.

TIP:I CAN HAVE THAT TREAT BUT I'LL HAVE IT TOMORROW!!!
