Mushroom Pastry Thingy

As Tom was out at a work do, Kate and I had a girls night in, with dinner and some TV. She decided she wanted the "mushroom pastry thingy", which is basically sautéed mushrooms in a cream sauce in a puff pastry shell. A little on the rich side and not very weight watchers friendly, but worth every point!

Sadly the TV viewing didn't match up to the food!
