Saturday: England v Croatia

The England Women's Football Team were playing their qualifier against Croatia today for their place in Euro 2013.  The match was held in a town, about 30km outside Zagreb, called Vrbovec, so my colleague and I decided to go along and  support.

It was the tiniest stadium in the world!  We were chatting to a guy from the English FA who told us that they had 8 supporters in the stands, two of whom were the parents of one of the players.  We figured they were probably glad of another two!

Anyhoo, England girls did well with a win of 6-0 over Croatia.  

And the name of the FA guy?  Thura Win - seriously!!
