Dinner for four

Spent Friday evening with dinner preparations and good company. This crunchy chicken breast is so easy! Dip bite sized portions of chicken breast in sour cream and crumble some saltine crackers over it to coat. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on and out the chicken in a pan slicked with olive oil. Bake at 180 Celsius for 35-45 minutes. And have your dinner guests enjoy a spinach salad with boiled egg and a balsamic vinaigrette (1/3 c evoo, 1/3 c balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar) whisked together
