Congratulations Baby

I was so excited when I started to make this card, since it is for my Packed for Fun class. I started to think about colors for this card and wanted it to work for either a boy or a girl! The marker colors were picked to match the, oh so cute background! The banner is puffed up with foam dots to make it look higher than the card.
