Love that abbreviation. Yesterday, in one of many "last day" conversations, I was asked if I practice meditation. No, I answered, I have never felt the need. Today I followed my brand new practice of taking at least an hour long walk, with camera (on any day when I don't engage in more rigorous exercise). I have to say there were so many things that presented themselves for picture-taking, I was totally at peace: walk, look, walk, snap. It was especially good because it wasn't raining.
