New titfa, guv?

Its quite astonishing that someone is making a living out of selling hats (and I suppose a few ties) these days. I don't think that many people still wear hats regularly, so who are his customers?

I've been trying to get a decent picture of his stall for ages, and when I do the stallholder's nowhere to be found!! Oh well, there's always another day, but I just had to post this one...
