Road ahead, after the squall.

The road on the way to biking.
A gorgeous day of celebrating my birthday (early). It rained briefly, and then cleared up. The sun made the road shine like silver.
After a steep climb that brought on the hangover that I thought I'd escaped from the night before, we were rewarded with beautiful views.
And all day I felt blessed with friends.
Later, in town, I took lots of photos of the lunar eclipse, but I was laughing so hard that they were strange squiggles. Which I liked a lot too.
It's been hard picking one pic for today. It was a good day.
