Drugs are bad

I wonder if these kind of messages have an effect. I am rather annoyed that at every concrete pilar or wall this kind of graffiti can be found, a good message does not really make it ok. Once in a while there is graffiti that can be considered as a piece of art, and it makes the concrete much nicer and colourful. But not these scribbles.

In fact it was the light under the bridge that drew me to this location.
