What a day! There was a "big" meeting at work. All about changing rotas and problems we have on the wards. What frustrates me is that everyone had been on about this meeting for weeks saying that they'd be saying this, that and t'other and then, once we were all around the table, everyone became meek as mice. I am fairly quiet and I don't like confrontation but I will speak my mind if need be. Hence it became me and one other colleague battling it out....me all for fairness and her all for herself, giving herself four and three days weekends on the rota she'd put together!! Very nice but not very fair! I'll be working with her tomorrow and, of course, it's nothing personal but the next couple of weeks will be interesting!

I collected the boys from school and Rowan wanted to ask a friend home for tea....no problem. Then Lewis asked if his friend could sleep over...so picked him up too. The one above, with Rowan, is Jack...who I am about to return home now!
