The Priory Playhouse

Back down to the theatre this morning for the strike - by the time I arrived the backstage team had already cleared most of the stage of props and furniture. The set would be taken down in the afternoon by the set designer and the flats then reworked into a set for the next production during the next 8 or so weeks.

Backstage and front of house then all needed to be cleaned to leave it spick and span for the next cast and production team, whose rehearsals were due to start the very next day!

Once finished, several of us wandered down into the town for a celebratory meal, then the Family & I enjoyed the Spring sunshine with an afternoon at the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust...
