The Towns New Fort

Back in August 2011 vandals burnt down the fort in the kids play area in the park. The Council promised a new one by Christmas, but was this was delayed as they decided to let the children and their families choose a design.

Here it is, ready for Easter. Looks much more fun as there are lots of rope walkways and a fireman's pole. Took the shot early this morning, on my way back kids were exploring the possibilities before school.

PS Just to let you know, 4 youths were caught and sentenced for the arson attack.
