Fishing for the name

Can you guess where this is? The big clue is sitting between the buildings on the wharf. I've come here to do some book research which seems to involve a lot of time sitting in pubs drinking beer and chatting with thirsty fishermen. Hard work but somebody has to do it. It explains why I'm playing catch up on my blips. A little bit hung over this morning.
