Noughts and Crosses

This was the trial run of the assembly I used in the local primary school this morning. I played a game of exy ozys with one of the teachers, which she won easily.

You then remove the frame to present the Easter story - the cross looks like a defeat but Jesus won the victory on the third day when the stone was rolled away, and the tomb was empty!

Simple and effective.
