White heather

I planted this years ago thinking it was a dwarf plant that wouldn't grow more than a few inches high. It now stands over 6ft tall despite being hacked back on a regular basis. I just think it's really happy in its position! I've never really looked at the tiny flowers up close before because it is quite beautiful as a whole but I really like this shot of the flowers against the blue sky. Yes another blue sky! What stunning weather we've been having this week. I just hope this isn't our summer!!! Long may it continue.
