View from the.....

.....top of the hill that defeated me!

Serves me right for reversing my normal route I guess.

Eventful bike ride tonight, defeated by a hill (though worth it for this cracking sunset), nearly ran a pheasant over, got chased by a greyhound and managed to knock over 10mins off my normal time....9 miles in 49mins (I know not great but better than normal) pays to listen to advice! And not quite so depressed by my cadence counter as I imagined I would be, but not quite 'over the moon!'

Oh and as a bonus feel way less stressed now than I did at 5.30 !
