The Queen of hearts....

Tarts!

I love cooking with themes in mind.
The best theme, I find, is Alice in wonderland.
LOVE IT!

Today the queen of hearts and her tarts played on my mind, so i have tried to recreated her in to the dessert she is so fond of.

Chocolate pastry, strawberry jam and chilli jam.

The pastry is great my best yet but not too sure about the filling, probably less chilli next time.

Definatly off with my head!
