Boat churning up the sea in Eastbourne

On my way Home today from Seaford to Eastbourne, I noticed a Large Grey Spurt of water spraying out of the Sea, getting closer I saw this boat churning up the sea.
I parked the car & got out to see what was happening.
I still don't really know why it was doing what it was doing, but it made a good Blip :o)
