Cobwebs

Afternoon all,

So chuffed......day off and the sun is still here and shining bright ..... beautiful ..!!! ;0)

Dusted the bike off and did exactly as it says on the suspension ......ZZZZzzzzzoooooommmmmmm........... along the Fife Coastal Path..... brilliant.... blew the cobwebs off the bike and outta me..... love it when I can get out and about in it and after being stuck in decorating this was a tonic !!! ;0)

Myself and a workmate are signing up for the Glasgow to Edinburgh Cycle for Maggie's........a mere 51miles or so......not till September so plenty of time to get the ol' cycling legs rotating....!!! ;0)

What sold it for me is that they state "you can stop every 10 miles for something to eat ....!!".... thats the perfect pitch for me !!!! Sold !!!! ;0)
