Sit on this

It's a tractor seat. Probably about 70 years old and from a seed drill in South Carolina. It was made by Walter A Wood of Hoosick Falls in NY State. A friend brought it over for me and was most disappointed that Heathrow Customs and security didn't stop him!

I've only ever seen one other and that was on a farm implement in a yard at Stool End Farm in Langdale in 1995.
