Tooth Grinding

I had the second of a series of wallet emptying visits to the dentist today. This time it was to make a guard for my teeth to stop me cracking them when I grind while I sleep. Translation: It is the most expensive piece of plastic in history!

I was expecting something more mouth filling. If I accidentally swallow this one in the night I am going to want a new one. No way I am retrieving it. The dentist assured me that it won't fall out.
