In full bloom

When wandering down to river yesterday, noticed this tree covered with catkins and it is lovely against the blue, blue sky

Decided to try a close-up of one of the fluffy catkins, think I am improving using the macro, hope so, but still room for improvement,why is it we are all critical of our own work

Again a lovely start to the day, blue sky and sun shining, it is lovely to open the curtains every morning.

The grass had another cut yesterday and looks a lot better, after Mac lesson it may be the back garden to do some digging ready to plant the onions, put them in too late last year and they were pretty small
