Come on GB!

3 Golds for Team GB on the first day of the Paralympics cycling. Was great to be there to see that - some fantastic performances. Totally amazed watching athletes with limbs missing whizzing round the track, not to mention the blind/visually impaired category.

Watched Simon Richardson win gold (and break a World Record) in the Men's LC3/LC4 Time Trial...

...then Aileen McGlynn and pilot Ellen Hunter win the B/VI 1-3 Time Trial (and break a World Record)...

...then Darren Kenny beat his own World Record by six seconds in the Men's Individual Pursuit CP3 by overtaking his Spanish opponent so there was no need to even finish the race.

Cameron was oblivious - his fun was had running around downstairs being chased by Chinese all trying to get a photo of him!
