I get my kicks / Just off the A66

The view south from Blencathra. I was driving down the M6 on my way to Wales and thought the late afternoon sunshine was too good to waste. A quick detour west along the A66 and I set off up the Hall's Fell ridge of Blencathra.

The climb turned out to be a lot more complicated than I thought. For mainly ophthalmic reasons. But it was nice to be back on this fantastic hill.
