March Challenge - Beautiful - 260 miles south

Wordsworth's poem "I wandered lonely as a cloud" is well known, particularly for its reference to a host of golden daffodils. Those daffodils were close to Glencoyne Bay, Ullswater.

These are 260 miles by road south of Ullswater, in Stockwood Park in Luton. They are right next to Junction 10 of the M1, where many people turn off to get to the airport. Not surprising then, that they are also under the flight path into the airport.

But, without that information would you be able to tell whether these were the descendants of those that inspired Wordsworth centuries ago, or the ones that many a holidaymaker has passed by or flown over without even knowing that they are there.

Their beauty lies not in their location, but is in themselves.
