Now that I'm officially a....
...gym bunny, thought it was time I got a new pair of trainers!
I got my 2 stone award today, yippee!!
I know though that having a personal trainer, doing circuit training & boxer fit (i.e. exercising minimum of 3 times per week - usually 4 or 5 times though), is what is giving me the results.
A healthy diet whilst being essential, would not be helping me to loose 2 to 3lb per week, as the saying goes 'no pain no gain' or in my case, loss!
Just want to thank all you lovely blippers out there for all your support. :0)
