Fine Start

Did not feel 100% this morning, the view east from the hill was stunning. Juno ran around as I just gazed as the sky lit up. A wee chat and a saunter then back home.

Work was a see saw of sobriety.

A 10.00 rollcall with manager and staff reps to be told of 6 to go out of 21, I feel for those that have to carry on and then through interviews.

Went to get a haircut at lunchtime and a walk in the sun.

left work early for a physio appointment to get my calf sorted, good it was sore and she had me screaming as she worked on the scar tissue. I had to fudge a 'pee break' so I could release wind rather polluting the wee room.

Cycled home and the calf feels much better.

Helped move a shed to the allotment tonight for a pal. Now time for bed.
