Back on the bike!!!

I used to cycle everywhere - and loved it but this last year I have grown lazy and the bike has been buried beneath the flower pots in the shed.

Partly, since I had my hip replacements, walking has been such a pleasure that I haven't missed it.

Today I had the incentive I needed (along with the weather) I spotted these fetching cycle shorts in Lidl. Cheap and so well padded!!!

My german friend took the picture - it needed a lot of air in the tyres and oil on the gears but I am back in the saddle!!!
