Spey

My first chance to fish the River Spey with Dave and Keith.

Dave managed a hat-trick - 3 fish in three days.

I only made it up for the Saturday afternoon and there were fish everywhere but they were very fussy and not really interested in little bits of feather stuck on little bits of metal.

My dalek exterminator arm didn't work either, although one fish grabbed my fly so hard it almost pulled the rod from my hand. Then it spat it out and was gone. It was probably the fish of a lifetime.
