The calm before the storm

Unlike the rest of my day, the water was particularly smooth this morning.

After having consumed a ridiculous amount of food today, in the name of a good cause/team building reading my entry from yesterday I will refrain to any comparison to food.

I was told by a lady who was erecting a canopy at the lakeside lodge that they were hosting a charity 'fishing for heroes' event there later today.

I'm guessing that the calm was short lived.
