Clouds over the sea?

Stunning sunset this evening.

The sun's evening rays are bouncing off the sea with low clouds hanging in the bay.

In fact, that's not true. Its all sky, there is no sea! The thin layers of cloud formed what looked like a horizon about a third of the way up the photo and the evening sunset lit the sky in such a way that you could have been looking out over water!
