A tasty supper

I've been away in Glasgow on holiday and catch one of my favourite bands but it has wreaked havoc on the eating plan. So I'm back home getting lots of exercise in and back to proper eating, hence this delicious stir-fry. Who says being a veggie isn't fattening? Try telling my waistline. Deep fried pizza indeed!
