Les Archer 1943- 2012 RIP

Les was the heart and soul and brains behind the Crawley Down Village Fair for many years and the Christmas Lights and lots of other things.
Once he had your name he would not let you off the hook, phone calls emails or personal visits to get you working, humping stuff, carrying tables, putting up lights or gazebos etc .
It is sad to think I will not be receiving these calls any more.
Magnificent send off, people having to stand at the back and even a few outside.
A sad day but great music
