Popped in to drink tea with a pal on his farm this mornng.

We had a scoot round the fields on his quad-bike to check on the progress of his lambs. I had a wee shot of driving - what a very odd machine to steer, especially with a 16 stone man on the back.

Did you know that when a lamb is rejected by the mother, it is often wrapped in the fleece of a dead lamb, and re-introduced to the mother of the deceased in the hope that she thinks it's hers?
