Italian Lemon Polenta Cakes.

I have eaten this cake at Easter in Positano, Italy and hope that my English version lives up to my memories. It certainly smells very lemony which is how I remember. Nigella says it best eaten with creme fraiche and good friends so come and ring on my doorbell.
