Happy Smiley!

Why do complete strangers feel its okay to tell you to cheer up? You don't know them, they don't know you. Anything could have just happened to you and they feel its okay to tell you to cheer up? Just trying to bring a little happiness into your life by forcing you to show signs of cheeriness when ordered too.

That didn't happen to me today but this picture looks so cheery it reminds me of a grinning fool who once told me to cheer up when I was half asleep on a train into work.
