For some reason I was unable to upload this picture yesterday so here it is today.

We went to see the pineapple. John moaned and put on his very very unhappy face until we went on the woodland walk that surrounds the pineapple. Then he became the happiest child on earth saying things like

"mum....see this place, i thought it was just going to be all grey grey dull dull buildings bit it's not, it's like a tropical forest"

and

" I love the smell of sap from the pine trees"

It was a magical day. Warmth, hazy sun and best of all for me...............no wind!!
