well, they didn't have anything for dynamic performance in the rain.

i reckon if i drink this, wear my best socks and shave my legs i'll feel like someone for whom 200km is a breeze.


tomorrow, gosia, olga and i are riding the macride to raise money for macmillan cancer relief.
olga is riding 25 miles
gosia is riding 50 miles
i am riding the 63 mile route twice!

that's like riding from here to portishead, or preston, or somewhere else thats 126 miles away.

still, i have my energy fuel...
