Cake!

I had loads of eggs courtesy of one of our friends who has lots of hens and couldn't decide how to use them up. However, my daughter was over for Sunday dinner and suggested I make a sponge cake. Good idea as I had all the ingredients. So a victoria sponge was baked. Happily it went down a treat and my son took some home as well just to make sure it didn't go to waste though!
