Beer

Backblip. After work I headed off to the Leeds Beer Festival with a few real ale work colleagues. It was held in the Pudsey Civic Hall. Pudsey is not really Leeds and Pudsey Civic Hall doesn't appear to be in Pudsey. I enjoyed it but wasn't able to keep going for long. On entering you pay your entrance fee then you buy a glass, a programme and beer tickets. One ticket equals about half a pint. Sometimes you will get 10p back and others you will have to pay 10p more. There were hundreds of beers. Some people use their programmes to give each beer they try a mark out of 10. It's run by volunteers and all the 'bar staff' are CAMRA members. Will have to try it again next year!
