Captain America!

I always have my Captain America bobble head thingy on my table and noticed it while i was doing work and thought i'd try and get a picture of the head being blurry when i moved it and here it is :-)
I lowered the ISO in order to do this but not really sure what it exactly does still but it worked for the effect i wanted xD
