Having A Wheelie Good Time

Although looking at the expressions on their faces you wouldn't think so.

Here you see (top) John in his Aberdeen Wheelers kit and (bottom) Ali in his Deeside Thistle kit doing the presentation TT ( time trial) this morning. It was both their first competitive rides this year and both broke their personnal bests over the course from previous attempts.

I have known both of these fine gentlemen through twitter for ages now but today was the first time I had met them both in person (about time eh lads). Both are doing a 10 mile TT next week to which is also my first one of the year and my first one ever. Watching them today has meant I can't wait for next sunday to come and I only hope the weather is as nice next week as it was today.
